Shipping Policy – Trent TowersH Hats & Caps

Where we ship

Trent TowersH Hats & Caps ships to all 50 United States. We do not ship internationally yet.

Cost

Outbound shipping is free on every U.S. order. There is no order minimum and no surcharge for large or heavy cartons.

Timing

We pack in 1–2 business days. Carriers usually deliver in another 3–7 business days. Combined, most orders arrive 4–9 business days after you check out. Weekends and U.S. holidays are not packing days.

Tracking

A tracking link goes to the email used at checkout once the carton leaves. Allow up to 24 hours for the first scan. If a scan stalls for five business days, write support@trenttowershatscaps.xin with the order number and we chase the carrier.

Address changes

Email support@trenttowershatscaps.xin before the order ships if the address needs a change. After the label prints we cannot redirect the carton ourselves.

Lost or damaged in transit

If a carton never arrives or arrives damaged, we replace it or refund it. Attach a photo for damage claims. Contact support@trenttowershatscaps.xin.
